Purpose and legal basis

We process professional contact and company data to answer enquiries, evaluate private-label projects, prepare quotations, manage pre-contractual steps and maintain B2B relationships. Legal bases may include consent, pre-contractual measures, performance of a contract and legitimate interests in B2B relationship management.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship may be retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is required by law or for the defence of legal claims.

Recipients and international transfers

Data may be shared with service providers and, where necessary to assess a project, with relevant manufacturing or logistics partners under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards. International transfers, if any, will use an applicable legal mechanism.
